How we work
Measure, price, then do the work.
We are a small licensed HVAC contractor in Palmdale, working on houses across the Antelope Valley floor, with a light commercial side on the same streets.
Everything starts with measurement. On a repair that means a flat diagnostic fee and a technician who takes readings before offering an opinion — credited against the work if you go ahead. On a replacement it means an hour in the house: the envelope, the glazing, which walls take the afternoon, the attic, the duct and the panel.
Then the quote, in writing, with two or three routes on it and equipment and ductwork on separate lines. You are welcome to take it to somebody else. A price that only makes sense while we are standing in your kitchen is not a price.

Duct is quoted separately
So that when your duct is sound, you can see we are not selling you any. And when it is not, you can see exactly what it is costing you to ignore.
We find the leak
A system low on refrigerant is a system that is leaking. We locate it or we tell you the coil is finished. No annual top-up sold as a service.
We will tell you not to buy
If the furnace is sound, "not yet" is an answer we give. If a bigger machine would make your back bedroom worse, we say so even when the bigger quote would have been ours.
Limits
What we do not do.
Saying it here is faster than being asked five times.
- No 24-hour emergency cover. A small shop cannot staff it honestly. The phone is answered from seven, and during a heat run or a hard freeze we sort the day by who has nothing at all in an occupied house.
- No savings percentages or payback periods. Not for a heat pump, not for duct sealing, not for anything. It depends on your house and your rate plan.
- No duct cleaning as a product, and no air-purifier upselling. We repair, seal, insulate and replace duct. Most houses here need a bigger filter area and a second return, not a gadget.
- No roofing, no solar, no windows, no shade structures, no insulation contracting, no electrical panel upgrades. We flag what a job needs and work alongside the trade that holds that licence.
- No work over the pass. The Antelope Valley floor and its edges only. A different climate is a different job.

- General liability and workers' compensationCertificates on request, and sent automatically with any commercial quote or where a property manager needs them on file.
- Refrigerant
- EPA Section 608 certifiedRequired to handle refrigerant legally. Recovery is done properly on every changeout, including on equipment going to scrap.
- Permits
- Pulled, and the inspector metChangeouts are permitted work. An unpermitted install becomes a problem years later, usually during a sale.
- Warranty
- Manufacturer's on the equipment, ours on the labourThe terms are written on the quote in plain sentences rather than referenced in a footnote.
